Standard Return Policy:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email @ within 15 days of receipt of the product. A 'Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be issued with instructions before you begin to return the item. 

  • Write that (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping container so we may appropriately credit your account promptly.
  • All returned merchandise must be in new, used, and resalable condition
  • The product must be free from any defects
  • You must have the original packaging for the item
  • Please do not write anything else on the outside of package
  • Packages must be sent back by customer via an insurable and traceable source: ie FedEx or UPS or USPS. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • All items must be postmarked within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization.
  • Please inspect your product upon arrival for Damages!

Rush Orders:  We do not accept any returns for Rush Orders.

Holiday Orders:  

  • You may return items following the guidelines featured above
  • However, If any product is ordered between November 22d and December 20th it cannot be returned after December 20th.

Damaged items:  Please inform us immediately via email

Return Policy: A $25.00 re-stocking fee plus shipping charges will apply on all returned items.
